My 14 year old son has been getting his haircut at Great Clips for the past 10 years they do a good job and they’re open late. The Stylist are friendly and helpful they’re good with kids the salon is clean and well kept. I would give them 5 star rating based on the above but due to their prices on giving them 4. Surprisingly they don’t offer a lot of coupons or discounts and the haircut for a 14 year old boy runs about $20 for a basic haircut.

Our family really needed hair cuts! After the year of covid lock down, everyone was looking shaggy. We were able to check in online (without the app), and see the wait time. The ladies were ready for us when we arrived. Once we sat down it was maybe all of 15 minutes before they were finished. Everyone was very happy with their trim and styles! Will definately be back for future cuts.

My son has sensory issues which cause him to fear the sound of clippers etc. They were being entirely rude when I asked to please sit with my son and help him stay calm while receiving his haircut. They told me he absolutely needed to sit in the booster seat on his own without crying while being able to hold his head up on his own. I then got told that making him get his haircut while he was hesitant and shedding tears was against his will and was a form of CHILD abuse. I saw Melissa and she’s awesome at cutting hair. Since Melissa is not longer working there I tried another girl and went to see Jenny I was so happy with my cut. She was so professional and cut it exactly the way I wanted it. She has a great personality. Can’t wait to see Jenny again to get my cut. Finally found someone that knows how I want my hair cut and does exactly that professionally. Love Jenny she’s awesome! Great place for a great price! This is my home for a great cut.

I use to get myself and my boys haircuts here but recently I have had the problem of if you don’t check in online good luck getting a haircut, I took my youngest boy in today the place was empty , meaning no customers waiting. She ask if we had checked in online as she stood cutting no ones hair, and told me it was a 2 hour wait. Place empty, no one getting a cut. In my opinion if you have a customer right in front of you with money you take care of the customer.
