I used to go there a lot, not because they were great (in fact the service and quality of work is not the best), but because of the convenience (short walk from my house) and decent price. Now both our gone. For over a year, I have not been able to get in for a haircut. They always tell you to check in on the app, which either says “unavailable” or gives you a 2+ hour wait. Sometimes, it will say “70 minutes” and then a half hour later will say 115 minutes. My husband “checked in” and it gave him a 2 hour wait. After 2.5 hours, it said “113 minute wait”. He called and they told him to come in after 30 minutes, which he did. Upon arriving there when they told him, they said” “you have a few patients ahead of you”. He decided it wasn’t worth his time, so he left. On a separate occasion, I wait over 1.5 hours to have my daughter’s bangs trimmed and they still couldn’t get me in. I finally walked out and trimmed her bangs myself. Adding insult to injury, they upped their prices considerably. I used to get when they offered the $7.99 coupon. Now they want to charge $22 for a haircut and $19 for a kids haircut. No thank you, I will pay an additional $10 dollars and get better service somewhere else.

Amanda was great today. I got a better cut, better service for like $20 than other places I spent over $35. Great soothing wash and attention to my hair concerns. I’ll be back to see Amanda. Real clean place and they log in all details of your hair profile for future cuts, offer coupons and reminders. Recommend to check in online.

All the hairstylists are friendly. I use to pay $50+ tip for haircut when I have short hair. I decided to try great clips and it turns out they do just a great of a job for 1/4th the price! Check in through your phone ahead of time and it saves you waiting time. Also, some great clips will have $7.99 hair cut on Saturday or Sunday.
