We made an appointment online. The system said the estimated time was about 60 minutes. The later texted us saying we were up in 15 minutes. We went to the location (we live 5 minutes away). But when we got there the rude stylists told my mom they removed our name over an hour ago and they couldn’t take us in. I also showed them the text message but they didn’t care or try to make things right. We’re never coming here again. Felt disrespected.

I didn’t get a chance to cut my hair over 6 months, so there was a lot of hair that needed cutting! Michelle was extremely courteous, polite and quick with assisting me to get my head light; literally! The check-in process is extremely easy and convenient with a minimalistic wait time. Haircuts made quick and easy! I recommend visiting this location the next time you’d consider getting a haircut!

This is the third Great Clips location I’ve been to and it’s the same average results I got from the other two. The “stylists” at Great Clips either have poor training or low personal standards and what’s scary to think about is that it might be both. They cut your hair with one hand, literally! When they use clippers they should use one hand for the clipper and the second to stabilize but these people seems so lazy and sloppy it’s maddening. They didnt even offer me gel or to comb it at the end of the cut. I’m not at all impressed with Great Clips locations in the Corona area and I’m going to be getting my monthly haircut somewhere else.

Went it to cut my daughers hair, the first style we showed them they had no clue how to do it ( The girl in the picture had curly hair my daughter did not but she could have easily curled her hair when she got ready to achieve this hairstyle) that should have been the first red flag and I should have just left but I didn’t, Instead we showed them a different picture of a more achievable hairstyle with the girl that had more similar hair to my daughters. It was a shorter front pompadour kinda look with her hair shaved on the sides, The stylist decided on her own that my daughter’s facial structure would not fit that haircut so she decided to give her a pixie cut instead. Not at all what the picture looked like. I had to ho spend more money at a REAL SALON where they care about the customers needs and wants.
