I’d seen some bad reviews for both this franchise and this location. But my son needed a haircut for picture day and I decided to jump in too. We had our first father/son haircuts together and it was a great experience. The stylists were professional, courteous, and skilled.

I think the business is giving fake 5 star reviews to itself to make up for bad reviews. I went to this place a few days back and had the worst hair cut experience ever. The lady who gave me a haircut was racist and rude. As if her rudeness costed me anything, but for sure it costed her few new customers. She told me to make notes before coming next time and was visibly unhappy when i did not tip her . OMG!! Some people don’t know what exact length of hair they want on top and sides, you are barbers, you should know what medium size hair means. And tips are only given when you like the services, and if not given don’t be at-least furious about it.

I came in for a men’s haircut. The stylist I got had not cut my hair before but she was GREAT. Tiffany was careful to pay attention to how my hair had been cut before and listened to my additional explanations and I think this is the best haircut I’ve ever had. And Tiffany was just a delightful person as well as an accomplished haircut artist!

Staff was friendly but they don’t know what they are doing with hair. I told them to cut something and they did something on their own. They seemed new and immature with haircuts. I won’t expect that from great clips but it just sucks. Worst haircut I have ever received in my life was this time from great clips. I would never in my life visit great clips.
