Avoid if you have curly or wavy hair. First time was fine. Second time, the stylist I got only knew how to cut straight hair and insisted my hair could only be cut if brushed out straight or wet, even though I always wear it wavy, neither of which reflects how it will look when worn wavy.

This great clips location actually seemed to have enough staff unlike the old Lake Forest one. Cost of a haircut keeps going up but keep an eye out for coupons, hot one in the mail the other day for a $9.99 haircut. Make sure you download their App and check-in before showing up. The App also let’s you see the projected wait time.

I went two times to this Great Clips! Excellent service both times! Gisella cut my hair the first time and she did a beautiful job! My hair was so easy to manage afterwards and looks great!!! Chau is the best hairstylist here! Lots of employee turn over but she stays and is the best! Worth requesting her and waiting. Going to tip her well for Christmas and I don’t even need a haircut. She always gets a great tip from me. Give her at least $10 tip people. Fantastic Sam’s charges $23 without a tip so for $25 at Great Clips you can get a great hair cut plus give a decent $10tip! $25 includes tip.
