Sorry, but I have to leave a one star review. This was by far the worst haircut I have ever received. I wish they would give the new people more training instead of letting them loose on a customer’s hair. I have been there many times before without any issues. Critical: QualityWorst experience ever! My 9 year was helped by a new girl who cut his ear and left him uneven hair around both ears! We asked for a comb over sounds easy but this was horrible. I’d never complain we all gotta start somewhere and learn but when she asked the manager Ali to check it she told her a few hours we uneven and how to fix it she told her with thin hair you need to use the blue comb ok I was like no big deal he does have thin hair and waited for them to finish the manager told her to ask mom how she liked it and when I got over to my son I literally had to take a double look like no way do they think is finished or ok they had no clue his ear was bleeding and completely uneven I asked the manager if she felt this was a great hair cut or finished and she said no but I have to let her learn!! My thought was you should not of let her ask if I like it if she knew it wasn’t good!! I’ll never go back my poor son is 9 sits great not one movement and got his ear cut sadly I had no clue tell the ride home when I asked him if he was ok with his hair he said no way to short on side by ears and she cut me my mind was blownThey did comp the hair cut but I would of gladly paid cause I’m not that kinda person I felt bad for the new girl and told her it wasn’t her fault! It was easy to check in online. We didn’t have to wait once we got there. This place seems to be really popular. I’ve gone several times when I didn’t check in online, and the wait was very long. The stylist was really nice this time. Another time when we went, the stylist was just OK. The haircuts are ok (for kids). Overall, they’re fine if you don’t expect high end cuts.
