I was shocked when I saw the price of a senior haircut, $19. I had been going to Great Clips because I could afford it. Not sure if I’ll be able to afford a haircut again. The haircut was good.

Unfortunately I cannot post a picture in the review for my haircut. My 8 years old would give me a better haircut.Update: The management reached me and solved the mistake. I been their customer for 2 years and I was so upset with my last visit, but they know how to treat their customers

Mia was very friendly and welcoming. She cut my long hair with great skill and it turned out beautiful. I go here for a professional cut at affordable prices.

Amelia is the best. All the gals at Red Hawk location are good, but Amelia is my go to gal. She’s also the shop manager.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valueplease do not go to great clips if you want a decent hair cut, literally had my hair butchered so bad by this one barber named sarah, i believe she was new but she let me leave looking terrible, no blending no fading, terrible hair cut, pay the extra $5 and get your hair cut by a real barber if you’re a man, 10/10 never going again. place should be closed down. even left tons of hair behind my hair untrimmed.Service: Haircutplease do not go to great clips if you want a decent hair cut, literally had my hair butchered so bad by this one barber named sarah, i believe she was new but she let me leave looking terrible, no blending no fading, terrible hair cut, pay …More

Checked in online. Gave me 110 minute wait time. Showed up around 90 minutes later. Told me I still have about 50 minutes to wait. Waited for another hour. I know it says “estimated” but #$%!! Great cut though.

My boys & I go here every 5-6 weeks. The stylists are all very friendly and good at what they do. Once you’re there once, they take & keep notes so any stylist can cut your hair the next time. Last summer, coming home from Vegas when the GC’s in So Cal were shut down, my son & I were able to get our haircut in Vegas because they had the notes in their database. Their rates recently went up but it is what it is. We all still have to get our haircut, right?

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my haircut, yesterday. I wasn’t able to get a wash or style “due to COVID,” yet nothing was wiped down or cleaned in between costumers. Stylists shared water bottles and tools. Half way through, I realized that a stylist was clearly coughing up mucous and that issue was never addressed. She never said “I have allergies or don’t worry I’ve tested negative.” Overall, it seems like this shop picked and chose what COVID precautions were the most convenient. I’m assuming they raised prices for a basic haircut. This means they could do less tasks, but have an increased gain. I should note that I was initially told I couldn’t have my hair washed, fine, but I wasn’t told I couldn’t have my hair dried and styled until the cut had already started. $19 for a mediocre haircut and lack of COVID pre-cautions, won’t bring my business back to this location. In addition, my stylist was very resistant to everything I asked for. IE donating 6inchea, a donation that I would have taken care of, but she needed more room to fix the hair after cutting the donation. She wasn’t the most confident stylist, so I probably should have just left and found someone who could handle cutting 6 inches off which would have left her with about extra inches to style. I understand that the service they use will only take donated hair that is 12 inches or longer. However, many organizations are taking 6 inches or more. A lot of great opportunities are being missed. Overall, this location was disappointing and had I been able to get an appointment elsewhere, I would have walked out in the beginning. I had my mind set on giving them a shot and getting my hair cut. I now know better for future haircuts.Service: HairstylingI got my haircut, yesterday. First time going there to get a haircut. Me and my wife both went and the staff was very friendly and professional. They asked questions to make sure you got the cut you wanted and asked for. My wife liked it so much she asked for her stylist card so she could go back. Will be going back for sure
