Veterans Day since I’ve moved here 4 years ago I’ve been able to pick up a free hair cut card then leave and get it another day. Not this year. Big sign saying that Veterans Day haircuts will only be on Veterans Day. Pretty disappointing. Not to mention they messed my kids haircut last time he was there. Do better and do right by veterans. Don’t changed your policy so that veterans can’t get a free haircut. Shameful

Been here many times before using check in app, today 08.28.2022 I was supposed to be next according to the online check in, which I have used many times, I come in and they told me I was sixth in line, I said I checked in on the app and received a text that I was next, I was simply told by staff that the app check in was not guaranteed, sounds like they just made up their own rules today. The reason I come back here is because of Kayla, she has given my grandson and I multiple awesome haircuts and she is very friendly.
