My name is Elisa. I stopped by at 7:30 pm and there was a two hour wait. I asked the guy if I could put my name down and come back. He said no. I’ll admit, it upset me. Who wants to wait at Great Clips for two hours? I just said “got it “ and left. After I left I felt bad that I was a little huffy. I planned on apologizing when I came back. I rushed back at 8:30. He told me to check back at that time. When I came in , he looked at me and said “ we’re done for the night”. I told him that he said for me to come back. I begged him. I have an important event in the morning. I only wanted my bangs cut . He said “ I said we’re done”. His name is Brice. I told him I’m calling corporate. He didn’t care. I guess that’s how they do business. If they don’t like you, they don’t help you. The open sign was still on when I left.

They messed up my brothers haircut. He asked for a fade and i don’t even know what the heck they gave him. There was a big line in that back of his head that shouldn’t have to be there in the first place. He literally had 3 girls come up to fix his hair and none of them knew what to do. If you’re going to do hair at least know what you’re doing.
