overall just disappointed, i’ve been a to great clips 3 times prior to the one in perris so this is my first time in this lake elsinore location. i showed the stylist, a short older lady with red hair, a picture of my previous haircut. i have a middle part with a significant length so i was looking to get it shortened all around. she made it seem as if she knew exactly what i was asking for. mind you i had 4 picture of all side of my previous haircut. i do a middle part with length and i had it long up until now. she started by cut off way too much. there was another customer who had gone up 10 minutes before me and i still finished before him. it’s not a complex haircut i was looking for but for an overall trim. the final result is NO WAY near what i showed her before we started. i should have listened to the less than positive reviews when i first looked this location up. long story short, i got a SUPER rushed haircut that looked nothing like my reference pictures of myself. not mad, just very dissatisfied and disappointed with the work.

Horrible service. I was waiting for them to open the door before they opened. Online check-in is not available until 5 minutes after they open. They started calling the names of people that got there and checked in after I did that were not checked in online taking people out of order for touch-ups not reduce touch-ups. Horrible customer service will never go there again

My son got the worst haircut I’ve ever seen!. I got on the phone to clearly go over what exactly we wanted and sent multiple photos and it looks literally nothing like what we showed. My son had gorgeous curly hair and he was butchered.. Looks like 1st day of the 1st year of beauty school level of skill here. I’ve never been so disappointed in a haircut in my entire life! Asked for a fade but it was a complete buzzcut with a patch of curls left in the front for bangs, it’s hideous.
