Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueWaited a while which would have been fine if the hair cut didn’t turn out as rough as it did. I asked the lady to do a high 0 fade. They said he had a lot of gel and asked to wash it so I agreed to it. She only rinsed his hair, didn’t even use shampoo but charged me an additional $5. The first time she sent my son off the chair she hadn’t even cut/trimmed/cleaned up the top of his head. I ask for the side to be shorter his lines to be clean and I showed her his picture with his hair cut and wanted it cleaned back up. She asked again and I said shorter the third time I just said he’s done. His aide didn’t fade it was a hard uneven line. I should have gotten a picture of the back as it showed what I describe. I ended up taking him to Family Beauty Salon where the lady there fixed it but even she said Oh my….. Family Beauty did amazing I recommend them! I always go to the one in Desert Sky near the Home Depot on Roy Rodgers/Hook Blvd Victorville,CA. Every stylist has been really good. At close to 60, I am not getting my hair done to look so cute in a selfie as I am choosing my appearance for its value in interacting with the public. I have gotten so many compliments from strangers! Women have gone up to me to say that love ❤️ my hair! I do my own color and explain that the hair needs to be super spiked all over.

I was tired of my hair so when my boyfriend got his hair cut ♂️ here, I decided to get mine do, too. I loved Denise! She has a great sense of humor & wonderful personality! However, I did not like my haircut. Never going to get my hair cut ♀️ where I can’t see the end product. My boyfriend says they’ll blow dry if you pay extra, but I didn’t know that. Oh well, it’ll grow, but I tried a cheap place & it wasn’t worth it. The beauty college does a better job for way less money. My boyfriend got his hair cut again today & he’s very happy with it.

Super nice staff and they’re open til 9pm, which makes it possible to get a haircut during the week if you work. Sam cut my hair and did a great job (thank you again!) & the other stylist who cut my teens hair spend plenty of time making sure it was how he envisioned it (lol) and even showed him how to style it.
