Dude I have shoulder length hair and I wanted some layers and curtain bangs and we specifically told the lady no short layers. She gave me short layers and hair there’s literally no curtain bangs whatsoever. She looked like she didn’t even want to be there and barely said anything. She cut my hair so fast I didn’t even know what was going on. She seemed so careless too and like she just wanted to get it over with. I’m so upset and literally crying and I’m so disappointed.
