Critical: QualityMelissa ruined my friends hair. My friend came back from her hair appointment crying so I had to leave a review for others to know Melissa’s work. This is unacceptable! I have seen bad hair cuts but this has to be the worst I’ve seen. It looks like a child took sisters to her hair blindfolded. We tried calling the manager multiple times and no answer. I do not know how Melissa got a license or became a stylist if this is how she takes pride in her work. When someone pays for a service you do your best to make sure your work meets expectations, and your customer walks out satisfied, if you cannot do that you should not be cutting at all. Haircut is great I just showed up at 9AM today because I have to be to work and the place opened up 15-20 minutes late. whoever is opening should be on time and not allow customers to be waiting around I myself have an injury and there was another Elderly woman who was waiting as well. As a store manager myself I always show up to work at least 30 minutes before opening to prep for the day and to be sure we open on time. Very unprofessional

Don’t try to walk-in or call, they only want your business if you are an app user. No one in the waiting area and was told that my wait would be 1.5 hours at 10:30 in the morning. Last time I tipped really good, so it could depend on who’s working.

My boys prefer this location for their hair cuts. Lori is terrific, listens to what they want & makes sure they’re happy with their cuts.Definitely check-in online ahead of time, they are always busy, and you’ll still wait when you arrive (that many regular & happy returning customers).

Wait was long even with online check in. That was no fault of the staff, they just can’t find people who are willing to work. There was only two girls in there and they were trying to keep up. The four star rating comes from the price of a haircut. Great Clips seems to continuously raise prices.
