A little disappointed in my most recent haircut from here. My last two trips have been good, but this one was uneven on the sides and back. My real gripe, though, was that the cut took two whole hours. My haircut isn’t a particularly complicated one – a few inches off to keep the same style I have only shorter – and I’m normally in and out of places in half an hour. It felt like the stylist was cutting my hair one strand at a time, but maybe she was new, and I’ve certainly been new at jobs before. Still, hoping for a better experience next time.

My stylist Windy was SUPER AMAZING. I mean I walked in there with my hair fried to blonde oblivion. She helped me accept the fact that most of my hair needed to come off lol, but she also gave me a few options and did what I was most comfortable with. I love the online check-in, that allows you to get in line before you actually go in, and estimates how long before your turn comes up. There was still a bit of wait but not bad. I was also able to ask for an experienced stylist and Joanne cut my hair. She gave me just what I asked for and made the little adjustments until I was satisfied. And this place was Busy also, just before closing time on Friday, people continued showing up who had checked in online. But the stylists were friendly and expedient, and still delivered a great haircut with a houseful of waiting customers. Great job Joanne! And Thank You! 🙂

She was very friendly. I did not catch her name. However, only 2 stylists there and she was called in to be one of them. If she didn’t show, they would have closed for the day. Dedication like that does not go unnoticed. $10 haircuts as well for the week. Tip well. Great experience.

Came in to great clips as a walk in. Stylist was rude to me and not friendly. Asked me if I checked in online. I said no. Didn’t know that was a crime to just walk in. Literally no one waiting in there except me. There were three stylists in there only two were cutting hair. After waiting for 20 minutes the two stylists finished with their customers. The 3 of them literally lollygagged around for 10 minutes and ignored me while I sat there until eventually customers who checked in online came in. I don’t know what kind of business model they’ve adopted but I will never be going back to great clips again and neither will my family of 7. Back to the barbershop for me. Support small business!
