Andrea was friendly, helpful when I was a little unsure exactly what I needed, and a gave me a good quality cut with the style I wanted. She even applied a leave in conditioner and took time to blow dry. Five Big Stars !

Great clips is really hit or miss. Usually they do fine work but sometimes it’s bad. It’s also really expensive. Right now a haircut and beard trim is like $37.

I always take my three boys here. Never again. Only one barber who does a fantastic job who has tattoos and is in the front chair. My kids hair this time around was cut wrong twice, fade wasn’t done properly, and line ups were crooked or not done when asked to have it done. Their is a older lady who has the back chair she is super rude when asked her to fix her mistakes. She grabbed my son neck roughly after she was told the haircut wasn’t done correctly, My son told me after we left the store. Being rough because you messed up to begin with smh especially on a child, she is lucky I was already gone. Most of these girls are super nice they just need more training on how to cut hair, the girl in the front can’t always stop her haircuts to fix their mistakes.

Had coupon emailed to me for $12 haircut. Got haircut and found out coupon, according to fine print, was only for “some San Diego stores.” San Diego is two hours away. Called corporate office and some flunky argued with me. He finally said store would call me. They haven’t. Won’t go back.
