Today I made an appointment online for haircut’s for my son and husband. I got a message to check in. I arrived 10 min after the text around 2:52 pm on May 5th. I walked in and a. Skinny stylist at the first booth behind the register checked us in. There was only 2 stylist cutting hair with 2 people in there chairs and a gentlemen and a lady with her 2 daughter’s waiting. A stylist who was older with black hair finished and took the gentlemen that was waiting. The other stylist finished and took the lady’s daughter but then added someone else to the list. The stylist advised it would be about an hour, but she finished the girl and then cut the other girls hair. After advising she was on the bottom of the list. The other older stylist with black hair finished the gentlemen and took The lady’s husband who arrived. After this 2 older ladies arrived to get there haircut. Well the skinny girl decided to take the older lady instead of my husband or son who was there before the ladies. Another stylist showed up and took my husband after 1.5 hours of waiting. This is not the first time this has happened with these 2 stylist. They state they cant add people to there waiting list but yet people called and they added them. People change there minds and add more people to there party the stylist knowing they have people waiting to get haircut’s. This is ridiculous. The stylist should respect and have consideration with the people already on the list waiting. I will no longer be returning after 4 year’s of being a customer. The service is horrible.
