Most awful haircut ever. My son wanted to keep his hair long on top (which he had been growing for a while) and short on the back and sides. Instead, they cut it supper short on top and tell me what is this that they did to the back????? I sent an email but no one from the store has reached out to me. I’m not coming back.

They say they close at 5 but they really close at 4. If you come at 4:15 they will tell you to leave. They refuse to change the info on their website or in the window. They just keep pushing customers to other places. Why not just change the closing time to 4 instead of lying about it and making everyone angry?

Rude ladies you can walk in and they will continue their conversations and ignore the fact that your standing right in front of them. Then when they finally do acknowledge you they give you attitude and tell you to just go sit down. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else there so many other places literally a block away. Never again will I waste my time here.

I went get my long hair cut in a short haircut style, i showed the picture of what I wanted and I asked if she can do it so she said yes. I got a horrible just straight line cut, the scissors keep bending my hair and she wasn’t even nice. I couldn’t tell if the haircut was good cuz they didn’t dry it.

This place is no good I went once before they closed early I win again tried to check in sat in my car for 10 minutes trying to check in got off went in they said they can’t take nobody in the last half hour and it was 4:32 try checking in 10 minutes ago but it wouldn’t let me well at least they’ll have more time to cut somebody else’s hair since I’m not going there anymore

Ordered enchiladas, but there was no enchilada sauce on it. Rice & beans were cold, but the dry enchiladas were hot. My husband had the steak fajitas and they were very hot, but he too had cold beans and rice. Flavor was good, but I will not be back as the beans were too runny and the salsa was pureed with no signs of onions or tomatoes.

I’ve been going to this place since it opened and over the last 2 years it’s been going down hill. Today was the final time I give them my business. Today i checked in and i had a 65 minute wait, well i waited 65 minutes then showed up, sat in the lobby with the same 4 people and was told i was next as all 4 people got helped before me. I waited an additional 65 minutes to be helped. They just kept lying to me. All this while employees were walking around looking lost.
