The few times I’ve got a hair cut here I have no complaints Lately though the wait is ridiculous. Most of the time I check its 180+mins and will not even let you check in online. Ive physically gone to the location 10 min after they open and was going to be hours out on a waiting list already. Its been like this for a long time. They either need to hire more people or open another location.

I usually frequent here for my haircuts pretty often and I’ve never had a haircut this bad or have had a stylist mess up so bad to the point of me just telling her to buzz it off. What’s the point of notes if the stylist doesn’t follow them. Won’t be coming here anymore. I suggest if you’re not military look for cuts else where definitely don’t recommend this place anymore. Can’t fade and can’t tell the difference between low medium and high and or combover style haircuts. they hire just anybody.

My time got changed several times as was down to 23 minutes then jumped up to 47 minutes. When I asked why the lady said they had 2 girls leave for the day. Not my fault, so why post times that can NoT be done just say we will let you know if and when they can do the hair cut. Will not be coming back here as this happens all the time. Poor service .

Critical: QualityI went to this Great Clips in May of this year. I went in for a short bob haircut and brought several pictures for reference. The stylist said it would be no problem but immediately started cutting large chunks off my hair. She didn’t wet it or section it at all. For some reason I thought maybe I should trust her process? But realize now I should have stopped her after the first cut. The pictures I showed had the hair length below the jawline and mine was much shorter, around the ears!! There were men getting their hair cut at the time and they looked fine. Maybe a short bob was too advanced for their skills. I was put on the waiting which I was told it would be 2 hours I said ok left and came back 20 min before the 2 hours I still waiting and was told I would be next , later Jade told me I would have to wait an extra 81 min because they had to go to lunch . I asked why wasn’t I told that from the beginning she said it’s an estimate time they give the customers so my time is not important I guess .. I always go there and tip them very generously and sometimes pay for random customers haircuts but not anymore I WILL NEVER go there again..
