The lady that cut my hair did a fantastic job, followed the instructions on my profile. We also had a nice conversation during this time. Her name was Grace and I plan to use her going forward. Worst experience ever!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen hair being hacked off so rapidly , not just off my head but others too . Today on my way home from work decided to stop by Great clips , Bermuda Dunes . Figured it was just a trim to cut of dead ends, easy, right ? My hair was just barely below shoulders. I wanted the ends trimmed off to now touch shoulders. She Literally just started cutting straight across , around … however not straight at all . I think she was trying to do a constant correction of her mess as my hair just got shorter . As she took off my drape , and handed me a mirror she could see my displeasure, as could the woman waiting to go next . I took my 2 year old son in to get his hair fixed (tried doing it myself, didn’t go very well) and Grace was amazing! Not only was she able to fix his hair and give him a cute cut quickly, she was also patient with him while he was squirming. We will definitely be back!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThis place has a bunch of old people who don’t care or know how to cut hair. I went with my beautiful long hair to get a trim and the old guy there straight up just started cutting it on his knees straight across, no proper sectioning before cutting or anything. He tried to trim my hair in less then 5 min. To top it off it wasn’t even straight, I had to come home and try to fix it. I don’t recommend this place unless you don’t have any other options. The other lady who cut my gfs hair was rough and trying to cut hair just as quick and careless. Lousy web checkin. When I went to check in at my appointment time two hours before closing the stylist closest to door said they weren’t taking any more clients, regardless what check-in status was on their website. There were only 4 clients seated in waiting area. Stylist left one hour before closing time to go to “lunch”. I waited patiently to see if they could finish the 4 people waiting for haircuts before the closing time for nothing. Not a chance. The remaining stylist took 2 hours to finish the customer already in chair and the four waiting and she strung them out til the closing. I noticed no one answering the phones during the two hours so it wasn’t possible to check on whether the appointment times were accurate. They also turned away a half dozen other people who came in, including 4 who had on-line check in times set up. Shabby shop.

We called ahead to see if this location accepted the coupon which was on Facebook for $8.95. The person who answered said probably. We tried again when my husband checked in and they wouldn’t even look at the coupon until the haircut was finished. Then they rang up the cut as $19. We said we had a coupon and THEN they said no, they don’t accept that one. They said there was another one that they did accept for that same price but would do nothing to try and help us get it. Terrible customer service. We would never go here again.
