Will not be returning. When I came in I asked for a shampoo and style. She said she cannot do a style because it’s Friday. I said you can’t shampoo and blow dry my hair? Response was oh yes we can do that. So my hair was washed, trimmed, she literally put the blow dryer on my hair for 30 seconds and said there you go. I said you can’t dry more hair more? She said if you want me to remove all of the moisture and use a round brush thats a style which costs $65 and I can’t do that on Fridays. But I can ask for you. Meanwhile multiple employees chit chatting about their lunch, texting in their chairs… and I leave with wet hair. I’m not going to prom, I just wanted dry hair when I left. I remember the good old days when a shampoo, cut, and blow dry was just standard service. If I am going to spend that kind of money I will go to a higher class professional salon. This place isn’t any of that.

The staff are friendly.. but…the hair wash is bad…and everything else is so. Don’t go here for a hair cut ladies… especially if you wanna go short. I thought I did like the hair but than..she didn’t cut it properly because it was wet and the hair was just a mess the next day. Can’t say I would recommend here no matter what just cut it your self for the Dora hair cut no matter how good it looks online they will not the job correctly. Maybe it’s just my hair but this place is a NO I’ll do it myself next time.

I went in to use a coupon for a $10 haircut and the lady didn’t talk much which is fine but it felt like my mom was cutting my hair. She cut it to how she thought it looked good. I know they are the professional but if I request a #3 cut just give me the cut. I’ve been to great clips before and I know their cuts so when they cut the neck and Side burns. They are almost done so she started taking of the cover they put on you so you don’t get hair on you. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst of all, the lady “Farah” was super rude. She made no conversation and looked super irritated that she was working and constantly checking the time. Then, she was making super rude comments about the texture and look of MY hair then continues to think that I don’t ever brush my hair. Like girl I brush my hair multiple times a day, keep in mind I have long straight hair on top and super curly hair on bottom. Then scoffed every time I made a noise and very rudely kept yanking on my hair and pulling it. I confronted her and she was like “ I didn’t create this problem of your hair being bad.” Umm no your making it worse. I then almost started crying from the way she was pulling my hair like my eyes were tearing up. Very poor customer service. Walked in to inquire about whether this location has anyone experienced in cutting curly hair and the stylist at the front stated verbatim, “Seriously, for your hair texture? No. We’d obviously have to wet it down a whole lot then try our best from there.” There was no need to demonize my hair texture, a simple ‘No, we don’t, sorry’ would have sufficed. Won’t be coming back to any great clips.
