My hairstylist, Brenda, on the other hand was very hostile upon meeting and did not take any of my ideas or photo references into consideration for a very short hairstyle. I felt uncomfortable speaking up about adjustments and even when I did I was shut down. I was very unhappy and felt like I was an unwelcomed rushed customer by her (everyone else was very kind).
