I’m horrible with Confrontation, but I’m absolutely disappointed in my haircut from yesterday, literally started crying. I showed a picture of what I wanted and my hair doesn’t even remotely come close to it. I’m going somewhere else today to see if they can fix it. I will never come back Great Clips. Critical: ProfessionalismSo yesterday I went to get my hair cut. I showed the stylist (won’t specify whom) a photo of the hairstyle I wanted my cut to look similar too. It looks like a layered bob cut. The whole time she rarely talked to me for assurance if the haircut was looking like what I was wanting. She finished my hair quickly chopping off six plus inches of hair. During the time it seemed like a decent cut for the price but she didn’t provide an extra mirror for me to look at the back of my hair. When I got home I was able to check out the back and to be very honest I was displeased. Now, I’m no professional hairstylist but it literally looked like a layered straight cut. Fast forward to today. I went back again, again wait lines extremely long and I get it due COVID Salon’s have just reopened meaning its obviously busy. That didn’t bother me as much. A different stylist assisted me this time. She’d asked what was wrong with my cut. Again I showed a photo of the cut I’d imagine getting. We’d agreed the front of my hair was fine but the back needed work. Once again having little conversation with me but more interested in her Co-workers conversation with their client, she’s nicely talking and interacting with them. I noticed she was cutting a lot of my hair off and I’d thought we were fixing the back only. After the cut I complimented that she did a great job thinning and blending the back of my hair because it no longer looked chunky. Her tone of voice then changed which to me felt like she was raising her voice/giving an attitude responding with “Well what else did you need fixed?” I informed her nothing else. She then turned me around therefore I was facing the chair across from me. I noticed in the mirror she had thinning scissors. Immediately I told her I didn’t need my hair to be thinned out. I was just giving her a compliment on how well she fixed my hair although the length was shorter than expected. She then tells me she couldn’t hear me correctly under the mask. Giving it 2 stars because she did fix my hair BUT to be very honest I don’t think I will go there again. If you’re unsure what your client said please ask them again. Not very happy wanted a simple trim and frame lost so much hair. Choppy layers that I didn’t ask for and look so bad. Stylist wouldn’t listen to me at all. Cut my hair with the wrong part placement and would not listen when I told her otherwise. Gave me a rude tone when trying to say what I wanted and then didn’t even talk or try to make talk to me when cutting instead talked to the other stylists. Even Wet my whole head down for the cut and didn’t dry it much before I left. It all felt so rushed. Luckily I wear my hair back…just have to wait for it to grow back to normal. Don’t think I’ll be coming back ever again I used to love this place alot for a quick cut that was perfect.

Low wait time, which I’m happy about, friendly staff, but looked like the lady who did my shave did kind of a half-effort job. Had multiple spots where the hair was uneven and multiple sprigs of hair along my ponytail that i had my partner snip for me. I’ll be back some day as I love the low prices but I’ll definitely request someone else next time.
