I went in on an impulse. My confidence level had been pretty low recently. It was late and I was afraid they would tell me to come back, but Lynn came over and said have a seat and let’s get started. She listened to me and when she was finished…it was absolutely the best haircut and style I have ever had. I always make an appointment to get my haircut. I ALWAYS have had to wait past my appointment time, usually about ten minutes. Today I had an appointment and was two minutes late. Two minutes. They bumped me and said I had to make another appointment. A thirty minute wait.. I waited all right. At another barbershop. The lady at great clips was rude and unprofessional. Never again.

WORST EXPERIENCE. LOCATION IS GOOD, but she turned my hair from a decent one into a hack job. NEVER EVER AGAIN! How hard is it to understand that “a little bit off the top” does not mean 3 inchs of hair off???
