Was very happy by the way they answered the phone to the way they greeted us going in. My daughter went to Christi. Which she did a great job listening to what I wanted done for my daughter. They do alright here. Left my kiddos dusted with their own hair all over their faces and necks. Overall, the cut was decent. Plus they were very polite and courteous. Kiddos were happy.

Most of my visits here are generally good. They don’t usually get my haircut perfect, but it does the job. My hair stylist last visit was not good though. She claimed to be “stoned” and also talked about how she was very drunk the night prior. It was a very uncomfortable conversation and I found it very unprofessional. I would recommend visiting another location, or seeing a different stylist if you happen to be in the same situation.

I first went to this Great Clips to take advantage of their gracious Veterans Day offer but I continued to return due to Cristina’s great skill and customer service. I’ve been celebrating my separation from the Air Force by letting my beard grow longer than it’s ever been. Cristina does such a great job on cleaning up my beard that the amount of compliments I get, often from complete strangers, is directly related to how recently I had her trim it. Cristina puts the care and thought into her work that you’d expect to see at a high-end salon but at Great Clips’ reasonable prices. As an added bonus, she’s also a great conversationalist. Thanks Cristina…see you in a few weeks!
