This is my second trip to this location and it is as wonderful as always. Justine is wonderful and talented. She definitely knows what she is doing. She is very nice and receptive 2 customer needs. It’s usually always a quick and satisfying experience. I do the online checkin and the last time I went it said 0 minute wait and I go in and they told me an hour and a half. Every other time I have gone it was accurate. I do give it 4 stars though because the hair cuts are always what I expect and they save how you cut it so the next person knows how to cut my hair. Still will go back. Can’t beat a $17 haircut

I was a bit disappointed that Great Clips in Newbury Park is taking advantage of the pandemic to raise their prices. before the pandemic a haircut was $17 now they are charging $21. It’s not a lot of money but it is just not right. My hair dresser was great and nice. I will write a review on my actual hair cut tomorrow since I need to wash it again and blow dry it. For now, my hair is healthy but that’s cause I cut a lot of. It’s just not right to take advantage at a time like this. will not be going back.

I am from out of town and I was hoping to get a haircut with a nice fade. Before the cut I specifically asked if she knew how to do it just like the pictures I had on my phone and some from the books they had within the salon. She did not know how to give a fade as I noticed during the haircut. I then told her a fade starts short from the bottom and goes higher and I reshowed her the picture so she just made my whole side shorter but the top was too short and could not be blended anymore with the rest if my head. Although the stylist was very friendly and thoughtful with meaningful conversation I was promised a good fade. I was expecting more for a haircut nearing 20 bucks.

The stylists are good communicators, listening well; and able to translate words into great hair cuts! You can’t beat the price and the efficiency!
