Problem is not being able to book the same person. I have wavy hair and most the people just know how to cut straight hair. When you finally get a good person they are never there the next visit, even on the same day of the week. I think the app should show a picture of the stylists so you know who is working. They do not have to say their name. Then you could select who you want to cut your hair, even if it is a longer wait.

Great for an inexpensive, in and out experience. I’ve always liked the way they cut my hair and they have nice products too. Wait for the products to go on sale as they can be pricey.
