I went in for a haircut this afternoon. The team lead created a very unpleasant atmosphere for all the customers. When a customer came in and politely complained that he now had a 35 minute wait when the app said only five minutes – he complained. When nothing was done, he said take me off the list and left. The team lead said very loudly after he left “We don’t have to take this” Remove him from the system. I also saw, while sitting waiting, that I had been changed from a 4 minute wait on my app and 4th in line on the desk display to being removed from the system entirely. When I explained this to a hair cutter – I was given a seat. The haircut was fast and I was never asked if I liked it or shown it in the mirror. While it wasn’t the worst haircut I’ve ever had – the left side was not transitioned between the clipper #2 cut and the longer hair. One of the barbers suggested to his associates that they not take so many walk ins. I would have rated this lower – but I’ve been in the past and had a better experience

I had a horrible experience at this location. It was over the explanation of my haircut. It was an Asian woman I had this incident with. She was rude and kicked out of her chair. She was not able to communicate professionally. Got a haircut from another women. Even as I was getting my haircut from someone else. The Asian woman continue to berate and verbally assault me. I did not speak back to her. I was so comfortable. I will never come back to this location.

Took my daughter to get a haircut, simple straight cut. Stylist did not do a good job! There were still longer peices in the back, edges were choppy. I asked her to texture the ends to make it blend and face frame. I dont know where she learned to face frame, it was not close to blended and only on one side. This was the basics of the basics. I gave my mannequin a better haircut in beauty school. I would not recommend this place. She didnt believe my daughter was 10 yrs old because shes tall for her age. I heard her convo asking over and over what grade shes in. I dont know how many times a 10 yr old has to say shes in 4th grade. Customer service skills is badly needed in this place!!!!
