This is a regular for me but I saw I had gotten a different lady than usual and I went in showed her about three different pictures of how I wanted bangs to fall but she cut them way to short for me. I did not like them at all and I had a mental breakdown but she did not charge me. Yeah it was nice of her to not charge but how am I going to fix this hair now.

Came in today was unable to check in on line which I told them when I came in their was two names on board when I came in by the time she checked. Me I their was 3 more names ahead of me . She took the two that were originally ahead of me which was ok but when finished was we with them she kept that actually taking others ahead of me . I guess she was mad that I had not checked in on line . I wasted 45 minutes of my day trying to get a haircut and finally walked out . I have been going there for a long time and have never been treated like that . Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will be looking for a new place to get my haircut that act wants my business

I used to like going to this place. Won’t be coming back though after most recent stylist thinned out my thick wavy hair without asking. I liked the cut she showed me before she messed it up. I didn’t worry when she took out the special scissors because other stylist have used it on my tips to give them texture. It wasn’t till clumps started falling out that I realized what she was doing. she really thinned out the back and left the front my normal thickness. I wanted to give her a chance since my hair was still wet…. But yeah after styling it I have this weird cut I’m having trouble styling.it also has this rough feeling from the middle down. I don’t know why stylist always have the urge to thin out thick hair. Some of us like the thickness.

Downloaded the app. Found the location in Downey nearest to me. Checked in using the app. For my estimated wait time. Drove to the location and the door was locked. The person inside gestured that they are closed. Sign says they don’t close till 8pm. It was 5pm no later 5:15 when when I arrived. Waste of gas which kinda suck to be honest.

Erica gave my aunt a very good haircut. My aunt is a disabled senior. Erica was very helpful in assisting me to get her in and out of the salon chair. She patient and reproduced the style my aunt likes. The prices are unbelievably low. The only downside is they don’t wash or condition hair because of Covid.
