I used to come in regularly when I needed to and had no trouble. Unfortunately the last trip will forever be my last trip. The stylist pushed against cutting my hair as short as I wanted it. I had my glasses off during the cut so I couldn’t see the problem until it was too late. My hair wasn’t blended, and looked NOTHING like the reference pictures and I left with an undercut mullet that I’m going somewhere else to get fixed.

Butchered my son’s hair! He wanted a trim (he was growing out his hair), so we explained to both men working that he did NOT want it cut more than it had to be. The man who cut his hair decided to give him a “gentleman’s haircut”… basically a really bad buzz cut (super short and uneven). Awful experience…. we will NEVER use Great Clips again!!

Went in with long v shaped hair and came out with a short choppy messed. Only asked for a trim and to keep the subtle v shape. That’s what I get for believing I could save some money and not worry by only getting a trim. Now I’ll have to pay an extra $40 plus tip to get fixed. Never going back. Haircut

This is probably the worst business in Elko, some of the people that work there are very rude, like this one older lady that didn’t want to give a nickel lollipop to my 6 yo boy, even after questioning him if he was getting a haircut there, terrible human being, don’t know her name, but she wears glasses, kind of short hair and I don’t know if she wears one of those sleeves that looks like she’s cover in tattoos. She’s a disgrace, last Sunday I took my son for another haircut and it came out horrible, long wait time, unprofessional people, horrible haircuts. DO NOT go to this place, I will never ever go to this business again.

Terrible experience! I asked Armando the guy cutting my hair for a certain look and he completely butcherd my hair so disappointed. I seriously look like an 8 yr old and I’m 39. I highly recommend anyone driving by and thinking of getting quick cut to just keep on driving. Haircut
