Took my teen daughter her on Saturday and it was the worst mistake I did. As some of you know, the hair of a teen girl is very important for their confidence. If you look at the picture, this does not give her confidence. This is the outcome after the lady messed it up the first time. My daughter wanted a simple cut with long layers. The first attempt, the back of her hair looked like Dora the explorer. We asked the lady to fix it, however, the second time was worse. The hair should look like a v shaped style NOT a step ladder. Not sure of the ladies name but the one with short hair and square glasses. Other stylists are pretty good but this hair stylist needs to learn more.

Made appointment online, then were able to get in within 40 minutes, so they were busy. My son had his hair cut and it was a great cut. It was a bit crowded but they have you wait until it is your appointment time to come in. Good experience like always.

The first time she cut my hair was at the Spanish Springs Great Clips and I was impressed and left feeling more confident and just so in love with my hair and then I found out she moved to this location so I had her cut my hair twice here so far and I am just so surprised at the quality she provides at only $17. She is the only person I trust with my hair, but while I was there I did overhear customers requesting certain stylists there and you can definitely tell, they all know what they are doing at this location and they do it well. Never get a haircut from the red haired larger woman at the store, she ruined my hair right before my prom, making it impossible to style when I specifically asked for extra length to style it. Horrible attitude about it, no apology. I did get the haircut free if you can even call it a haircut.
