I usually like this location until today. I tried making an appointment but it wouldn’t let me so I went there instead. I walked in at 1742 with all the open lights on, then a hair stylist proceeded to tell me that they are actually closed. I know the business hour say they don’t close till 1800. Very unprofessional so I will not use great clips again.

Overall, pretty bad. The staff are very friendly, but each time I went, they progressively gave worse outcomes. I asked for a haircut, and they did it correctly. Until they made my hairline WAYYY too far back. I ended up with a buzz cut instead of what I asked for. The first time I went was good, but I have no interest in coming here again.

I brought my grandson in for a haircut. The stylist messed my grandson’s hair up pretty good, with her chop job. I brought it to her attention and she insisted that it is meant to be like that. I understand covid rules, but I do not understand how a single adult is not allowed to wait inside with a child. This was told to me after she started cutting, or I would’ve left. Nobody should think it’s okay to let a stranger leave a child in their care. Even if only for a few minutes. Needless to say, I will not be returning. -Regina

She then mumbled something like not at the moments then gibberish. I was done at that point so I said thank you and bye and she hung up before I even finished talking. I used to love this place cause it was inexpensive and decent for what I needed. Last few times I went it I could notice the quality dropping. They get one star for price but that’s it.
