1 star cause my husband attempted to go in today and they turned him away at the door saying they are closing early and not taking walk ins. Told him they would call but that’s not likely. So I do not recommend. This is ridiculous we will never be using Great Clips again.

I walked into Great Clips expecting a little wait. The associate that greeted me told me it would be 2 hours before I could get a hair cut. I asked if there were any other places in town that could take care of me. The associate told me the the hair salon in Walmart could, but they were backed up for nearly six hours. So I found a mom and pop place, walked in, and din’t feel comfortable there. When I left there, I called Walmart, and the associate informed me there was no wait, and that I could get in a chair within 20 minutes. So I drove back to Walmart, and the ladies at the hair salon there took good care of me immediately, and gave me a great haircut.

Online check in is a joke checked in with an estimated time of 1 hour so decided to run some errands before the haircut got in with a text saying 15 minutes til haircut to find out my son wasn’t even on the list. Super frustrating, then was told to do online check in but also to physically go in and check in as well what’s the point of online if u still have to physically go in and check in to still wait. With that being said she did awesome on his hair.

UPDATE: Changed from 1 to 5 stars. I have been contacted by the manager who invited us back to rectify the situation. She has recut my son’s hair perfectly and given us a discount on his next haircut. Customer service was excellent. Happy to go back and see Megan again. Thank you
