received horrible haircut and after going back to speak with manager was suggested she could try to fade it in? why after paying for a 10 minute haircut $18 do I need to have it faded in? called customer service 5 times after 10 minutes each call they say they will call you back so moved to email, email wont connect. What kind of business has no follow through. I am reporting to BBB Monday and calling corporate offices Monday based out of MN is this the kind of business they’re running now f the customer well just take there money!!! I give 0 stars but they make you do that to post as well what a sham. I will also be contacting franchise owner!

I used to go to my Barber all the time. He started getting very backed up so I decided to stop in and give Great Clips a second chance after other locations had disappointed. Well let’s just say I’m glad I did. Alisha, Shaila and or Maggie are now the only people I let cut my hair. They do a great job. Always friendly, fast, and efficient. Love this location.

Great service, very friendly staff chill environment and awesome cuts Maggie is the best worker there by far, she is the nicest and gives the absolute best cuts out of everyone there. It’s all about the hairdresser. Some are not so great but ask for Maggie and she’ll hook you up! I would definitely recommend her and you can’t beat the price!

Me and my daughter were there to get our hair washed and styled and they charge 25 dollars for a long hair style and 5 dollars for a wash and the manager Alisha charged us both for a formal hair style fifty five dollars each. And when I told the lady that did my hair that we not only didn’t ask for a formal but what they gave us was not formal they said because there manager just left that we had to pay for 2 formal haircuts even though we didn’t ask for it and they didn’t give us a formal. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life they were cursing and very very rude. The worst experience I have ever had at a saloon.
