I just get a haircut as I am a LOW MAINTENANCE person as my hair is pitiful. I will leave a comment though. The service is wonderful, the people are kind.. I went to a more expensive place in Mesquite, Nevada had an appointment, waited 45 minutes from my appointed time, was given the names of two people, in the end someone else took me and called me by the wrong name. I will never ever walk into that place again. Last time I came into Great Clips, they knew what I liked, took me right back, were very friendly and I will continue using their service.

Matt was the best thing that happened to me all day! Unknown to him I had a really hard day and he was so kind, charismatic and he gave me a great haircut! He framed my face and cut the dead ends but left my length, and even touched it up after he dried it. The price and service was well worth it!

Expensive. They raised prices, so it’s not a good deal anymore. And it’s a toss up on which stylists are good or bad. I’d say about half of the time, I’ve found some stylists were not very good at what they do, and others excellent. Not consistent at all.

Online check in is usually awesome. Today was a little off with the timing. Left home with 8 minutes til the appointment but waited at least 15 minutes after arriving for the haircut. BUT, the cut was exactly what we asked for.

I checked in online so I might have had a 10 min wait when I walked in 2 of the employees welcomed me to Great Clips as if I was checked in and gave my name was a quick wait but worth it. Jennifer cut my hair and did an Amazing job was very satisfied with the haircut and the friendly staff. I felt welcomed and was thanked upon leaving. Salon was kept well cleaned and satirized between customers. Great experience will be back again for next haircut.
