I used the online”APPOINTMENT AP” and when I arrived, the girl who came to the desk rudely stated that they were closing -while a customer walked in before me and was told to wait. I then informed her that I had online appt..she then rudely stated that it “must’ve expired” cuz I was NO LONGER on the appnt. list. IT WAS CHRISTMAS EVE. I then asked her if they could give me a quick trim. The girl recognized that my hair was wet and freshly shampooed and NODDED YES..Then the lady working behind her jumped and said “NO! ITS CHRISTMAS EVE AND WE WANNA GET OUT OF HERE!! I then asked them that since it WAS CHRISTMAS would they PLEASE do my hair..I simply needed trim across the bottom which I said could take all of 3 minutes..then the man who was working shouted from across the room again that IT WAS CHRISTMAS AND THEY WANTED TO GET OUT OF THERE: IT WAS 2:45 P.M.!!! And the lady shouted at me that they were closing in 15 minutes. I stated that I literally begged them..: WE COULD TELL THIS BUSINESS HOW THEY ARE DRASTICALLY LOSING BUSINESS!! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS*!!!!! ABOSOULETLY NO RESPECT FOR OUR TIME, ENERGY, AND GAS. They did me the favor actually: This was an emergency call as my REAL hairdresser, with a REAL PROFESSIONAL STUDIO* was away and I now realize I took a serious risk… WHEW*!!!!!!!..I will now wait til she gets back….HAD HEARD COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PLACE THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY- But I experienced the classless CHAIN, no less myself ( Their automated way of addressing their shortcomings is to respond that they are sorry we feel that way…Like they say: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!!. Total disrespect for people’s time. Even though I checked in on time according to their policy, I still had a 30 minute wait according to the monitor. When I told the 2 girls there I was cancelling my appointment, they were totally cavalier and non caring without an apology, explanation or sense of empathy. Like dealing with a third world business. Totally done with them.

The Great Clips located at Entrada Contenta, located by the Walmart Supercenter, was my I first experience having my haircut by a Great Clips employees. The employees there were unpleasant. However, the lady who cut my hair did a good job. The second time I went there one of the employees was rude to me when I asked her who was working that day. She said, “Why? What does it matter to you?!” I was caught off guard and kindly replied,”Because I like how a particular lady cut my hair last time I came in.” The lady rolled her eyes and said,”We all cut hair good here.” Needless to say I decided to go to a different Great Clips to have my hair cut. The Great Clips, located in the San Isidro Plaza, is great. I have my haircut done by Deshawna, who is great at cutting my hair the way I like it. Deshawna has a pleasant and enjoyable personality, making me know she appreciates my business.

Jenny definitely lives up to her glowing reviews. I had my hair cut yesterday at the great clips on Cordova and it was literally the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I didn’t want to go out in public, even pulling what hair I could into a ponytail looked hideous. I was a little scared to go to great clips again, even though this wasn’t the same one, but I have to work tomorrow and most salons are closed on Sunday. Jenny got me in right away and worked her magic on something I thought was unfixable. I am so grateful for her and will return from now on. She really is a master at what she does and I hope she doesn’t leave here for a long time. Thank you Jenny, you rock!
