Wish I didn’t have to give any stars. This is what my daughter walked out with when we asked for a trim with long layers. When it was wet I didn’t notice. When we got home and it was dried and straighten this is what it looked like. We were horrified and my daughter was crying. Great clips needs better training or to have management checking these cuts. I’m beyond furious I didn’t go back to have them fix it because I was scared what we would come out with.

Tried asking the person who gave me a haircut (I didn’t get their name) to cut another inch off since there was still split ends I could see. She then looked at my hair & told me that it’s just dry & they weren’t split ends. Obviously I know what split ends look like. She also told me it’s gonna take another half an hour to trim my hair again so I just left it because I’m not gonna beg someone who doesn’t want to do their job to make a customer satisfied. She did do a good on giving my daughter her first haircut. That’s why there’s 2 stars. I live 2 hours away so making an appointment won’t happen for awhile.

They did well and were quick with my son, however, I asked my hair to be kept long, yet around the top of my head, my hair is about 6″ shorter than the bottom. It looks awful is not what I asked for at all. I had some layer, but I didn’t want short, choppy hair up top. I didn’t notice while I was there because they sent me out of the door with wet hair anyways. The hair product I bought was also separated and not usable. Will not be returning.
