Yvonne was very professional and very efficient and has an eye for detail. The manager unfortunately was not very professional as she was verbally disciplining her employees in front of customers for everyone to hear which in my opinion is very unprofessional. A manager should be supportive of their employees. I as a customer don’t need to hear how she’s unhappy. I will return because of Yvonne and the other stylists. If the managers there next time I come I’ll just put in my air pods.

Pretty good customer service and knowledgeable on hair. They were able to fix my hair after I tried cutting it myself .no wait time.the only thing I didn’t like was they don’t style your hair , they cut it. I guess it’s an extra charge to be shampooed, cut and styled .

While the lady who cut my hair today did a good job I will not be coming back here. When I first started coming here several years ago I was given the attached loyalty card (the name “Eva” written on it was the name of someone who cut my hair when I first started going there). The card specified that I would get my my 13th haircut free. No expiration date. However, when I tried to redeem it today the manager (I didn’t get her name. She was a short fat white girl) told me they stopped honoring that on January 1st. I told her that was dishonest. She then blamed me saying I had not been there in a year. That is true. That’s because I work in the Middle East most of the year. However, as evidenced by the attached photo there is no stipulation on time between visits. While I had been a loyal customer for the past several years when I’ve been home I will no longer being coming to this place of business.
