Stephanie, thank you. You were and was the only amazing staff member here. Reason for the 2 stars is I never thought on my daughters 15th we would be yelled at not for knowing what guard length her last person used. But a dog and a lady short on patience was not willing to help us but allowed a fellow patron to tell us to go somewhere else. Well next time I will. Ask Stephanie how great her tip was $20, on top of the hair cut.

We to get a trim, as my style had grown out. Simple take an inch or 2 off to get it back I to shape. And trim my bangs. Well instead of the shaggy layers I had previously and loved she blended all the layers in, ruining the look completely. And trim my super long thick cutting bangs, didn’t happen either. I came out with Dora the Explorer banges . My daughter went too and her pixie cut looked like a little boys cut with micro bangs. Would never go here again. I had to go to another salon to get mine fixed (bangs are still to short a month and a half later) and my daughters has finally grown out enough to take her to get it fixed somewhere else

If I could give it a negative star, I would. I went in today to get a trim and had long hair, Shauna didn’t follow anything that I said. She wanted to remove more hair than I requested, so I told her to give me a short hair side and a thick top ( Captain America like) and she gave me a buzz cut. I suggest you find a different Great Clips and not go to this one, if you want the hairstyle you want. The cut is the end result of this butchery.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Made apt online, showed up, asked to have hair curled, was told no, only two people working. Um so you don’t do hair and you don’t want my money, it would take 10 mins to curl less than a haircut. What a joke.

First time ever in a Great Clips. The place looked very nice & clean. Lisa was my stylist & I was quite impressed with her. I told her to do what she felt was best. I’m very happy with my cut & the whole experience. The lady that Lisa styled ahead of me was happy with her hair and it looked really nice. I’m sure everyone that works there is excellent. I just got lucky to have gotten Lisa. I will be back
