They do a really nice job, Linda is my stylist there and she is always pleasant and gives me the perfect cut every time. I’ve never had much of a wait, I usually go there when my other favorite stylist is unavailable, and it is really convienant for me to drop in after work for a quick cut. This place is also cheaper than where I’m used to going. Very pleased.

I went in here for a shampoo and blowout. After asking me for the services needed, the staff asked me to wait. I waited 15 minutes until a staff called my name. She thought it was a haircut. I told them I wanted a blowout. None of the staff were willing to take me for a blowout after that. I don’t know why they asked me to wait if they had no intention to give a blowout for my hair. Very bad service. Never gonna visit this place again.

I am so mortified by the haircut I received here on 7/31/22. Ashley absolutely butchered my hair! I asked for a trim and a simple face frame. Ashley seemed nice enough, but as she started doing the face frame she was taking large amounts of hair all the way towards the back of my head! When I said “they don’t usually cut that far back” she immediately dropped her hand and said she was going to get her manager who is more familiar with face frames, however she had already cut so much off knowing she didn’t know what she was doing! It wasn’t until I got home that I realized how much Ashley butchered my hair! I called the next week and the assistant manager was very apologetic and said the manager would call me… she has still not reached out to me to this day! The attached photo shows my hair a month later, evenly parted down the middle and braided. Extremely uneven. DO NOT LET ASHLEY TOUCH YOUR HAIR!

If I could rate zero stars I would. This is the most awful haircut experience me and my girlfriend have ever had. The absolute laziness from the stylists (if you can even call them that) is absurd. My girlfriend just wanted an inch trimmed off, and they don’t even know how to do that! I believe the one who cut her hair is Linda, and the one who cut mine was Julie. BOTH of them, we’re in such a hurry to get done, that they hardly did anything at all. Pure and complete lack of ability and laziness. The customer service is complete garbage as well. They hardly acknowledge you’re presence, and gossip (talking trash about clients or coworkers mostly.) Rude, unprofessional and just plain BAD AT THEIR JOBS. YOU WILL REGRET COMING HERE.

This was the worst experience any person should put up with! Waited for over an hour for a hair cut just because I didn’t have access to a computer to “check in.” Several people were deliberately put in front of me but I kept my cool. The owner/manager was extremely snobby and out right rude. Never coming here again. Beware people! Haircut
