So we had an estimated wait time of 14 mins when i left my house!! It took 10 to get to great clips and then even though i was checked in eliwirzw or elinor pr eliza ignored us was very rude and then acted like she didn’t know what i was talking about when i asked her why we were skipped!!! I had a disturbing visit to get my hair cut yesterday. I referred to the gentleman who was going to cut my hair as a “professional” to which he replied “I’m not a professional”. Needless to say, I did not have him cut my hair. Elenita did cut my hair and she did a good job. Usually I would rate them a “5” stars as they are quick and reasonably priced.
