I got my hair cut a while ago but forgot to post my review, asked for all my color to be cut off and for it to be even on both sides. I was met with “it’s just a lot of hair, are you SURE you want it all off?” What kind of customer service is that??? I am paying for you to cut my hair, I am sure I want my hair cut that way. I left with uneven sides and had to go next door to buy scissors and finish it myself. Would not recommend to anyone who wants a particular haircut.

Not at all happy with my haircut today. I asked for the cut to be shoulder length, but it’s way shorter than that( to the bottom of my ears). What’s the point in telling them what you want and showing a picture of it if you end up with something else. Taking my business to Supercuts- they listen and want their customers happy.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in to make an appointment and they said there was a wait time for 1 hr 30 min. I was okay with the wait time so I made the appointment. I called in 2 hours later and they said I was almost up for my appointment. They said I would get a text 15 minutes before my appointment. After another 45 minutes of waiting. I revived no text. I call in one more time and the lady said there was no appointment and I was not on the list. The lady seemed to not even care that I had sighted up in the first place.
