I just had a neck trim. When I looked at it in the mirror in front I thought it looked fine and when she handed me the mirror to look at the back I couldn’t really see it that well but it did look better than it was. But once I got home in my mirror and better lighting it was not so good. Kinda choppy in places and in some places the last inch of neckline was not tapered. She used texturing scissors a lot in the back. I am going to try to fix some of it by myself. I guess I should not complain for the price, but nobody wants a haircut that has to be redone.

If I could I’d put zero stars. This was a very unfortunate experience as I went in for a layered bob and the blonde guy with glasses that cut my hair took a straight razor and cut my hair so so much shorter than I wanted. I tried telling him multiple times but he kept explaining himself and kept cutting. I hate my hair and it has no real style to it so it’s impossible to fix on my own. If you go here be careful of the blonde stylist/barber with glasses, he doesn’t listen to what you want.

I brought my 83 and 81 year old grandparents with dementia in to have their first proper haircuts since about a year due to health reasons. My grandfather had his haircut by Mara who was kind, patient, friendly and did a very nice job. The woman who cut my grandmother’s hair on the other hand was completely rude, unprofessional and impatient, I believe her name was Yenny. The haircut she did was mediocre at best, would have been way nicer had she not tried to cut my grandmothers hair in five minutes. When she had my grandmother check to see how she liked it, my grandmother expressed what she wanted changed and Yenny proceeded to not take the critiques very well. She had zero patience and started just chopping up the back. She told my grandmother that she needed to “Bring a picture next time so that I don’t have to do 10 different haircuts on you.” She had my grandmother check again, and while giving feedback Yenny snapped at her again interuppting by saying, “Just tell me what I have to do so that I can get the haircut finished.” I kept my cool so that it wouldn’t upset my grandparents. It made me angry, but more than that it made me sad. She had a complete lack of empathy and patience with elderly people who just wanted haircuts to regain some dignity in their lives.

To be fair, 3 stars for the other girls. Our girl cant cut. Jamie, maybe new, gave super uneven, choppy cut, with a bald spot on 1 side. No blending. Very disappointed. Very nice but cutting, would be a negative 4. But several of us got cuts by another lady, older, tall, front right chair (if that helps) she was fantastic.

The absolute worst hair cut I ever have gotten. I requested a scissor cut and she cut my hair without ever touching my head. She just picked up the hair with a comb and cut off the hair willy-nilly. She finished in less than 5 minutes. No matter which way you comb it it’s uneven. Haircut

I walked in on a slower day and was attended too pretty fast but the red curly head lady had some attitude right from the start as if I was bothering her by being a walk in to the point I didn’t even feel comfortable getting any service from great clips even if I had someone else do my hair:( Any other place would be happy for you business 🙂 2/10 stars
