Usually I don’t write bad reviews, but this was a horrible cut. Just wanted my usual bob, hadn’t had any problems before this stylist. Did not request the dyed under part to stick out, and the shaping around the bottom was so choppy and uneven. Went to a different salon the next day to have it fixed, should have just spent the extra money to begin with.

I was in the chair for five minutes. That’s not a good thing. I asked for just scissors, no clippers. Tell me why I heard BZZZZZ three minutes into my haircut?? I also asked to mostly just focus on the sides and back. The very first thing she did was clip two inches off the top. Every time I look in a mirror I want to cry. Worst haircut of my life. Also $6 more than in Phoenix for a far worse cut.

This was the briefest haircut I have had in my entire life. The woman made one cut all the way in the back and said it was good. Even brief trims, the stylist should go through and check the lengths. I have had cuts that were as quick as 15 minutes before when my hair was one length. I have never seen a cut take 1-2 minites. I am going through my hair now and finding several areas that still have split ends. Save yourself the money and stress and make an appointment with a real stylist who can take more than 2 minutes to make sure your hair is cut correctly
