I like going to this location. They cut my hair well enough that I don’t have to do it myself. The staff there are always polite and chatty. Sure they’re short staffed, but the whole world is right now. Checking in online makes it easy to know how soon you can get in. I am NOT rating the salon, been here many times for the kids and the girls are amazing here! However, last week when we went in a man ( I had never seen before) checked us in and he was very rude; he could use a class on customer service. All of the hair dressers take their time to understand our concerns and give suggestions so I was just blown away by the attitude coming from this person. MY RATING IS SOLELY FOR THAT HAIR DRESSER.
