Third time i have checked in and with less than five minutes to go, only one cutter and five names ahead. Check in unreliable and often times one cutter only. Used to be a good shop. You have lost my business and will advise others to go elsewhere.

It’s about what you’d think considering the price. Very inconsistent, Hit or miss. They tend to lose or move their best employees( so not much rapport,) refuse to take reservations, but you can still request a specific “stylist” when you arrive when you do, be prepared for attitude and mean mugs. Most of the employees seem miserable and tend to get pretty testy when you point out mistakes. If you can afford it, go elsewhere. If you’re low on funds and/or aren’t very picky, spin the wheel!

Bad cut, I was traveling from Phoenix and went to the Catalina (Tucson) location next to Bashas. They were super busy and had over an hour and a half + wait. I checked in online and only had to wait a short bit. The hairdresser was obviously affected by the activity and how many people were waiting. I felt sorry for her and tipped her 20 bucks!! Went back to the hotel and discovered my “butchered” haircut. SMH

I came in with long, thick wavy hair a couple inches below my shoulders. The only thing I could do with it was put it up in a ponytail, so I wanted something different and more manageable! Karina gave me me a short bob haircut exactly the way i envisioned it!! Thank you to Karina and the friendly staff at Great Clips!
