I don’t like leaving a 1 star review on the business, because it’s not entirely the businesses fault I got the worst haircut I think I have ever received. I went in for a trim and to touch up my layers, I always part my hair down the side. When she started on the layers she had my hair parted down the middle. I mentioned twice I part my hair down the side, she said how she was cutting it that that didn’t matter. OK, whatever, I don’t know how to cut hair so I didn’t question it. She kept my hair parted down the middle the whole time. When I got home and parted it down the side the layers looked AWFUL. I went back for her to fix it, I know she saw the issue. Again, she parted it down the middle. She was less careful this time, combing more aggressively and not using product to help with the knots. When she was done “fixing” it and asked me how it was, she still had it parted down the middle! She sat there and watched me part my own hair and comb it out with my fingers. It was so choppy and worse. I pointed it out and she said it looked different because I was “flipping” it. Pretty much blaming me for the poor job she did. I got up and walked out, should have asked for my money back. Will never go back again.

I went there on the 2nd of January 2023 and the woman that cut my hair acted like she needed to leave. She smelt like Marijuana and was kind of chubby with brown hair and really bad breath. She messed up my hair really badly, I went to see Ashley and she acted like it wasn’t that bad. Its horrible looks like the top of my hair were never cut, Ashley said to come in and she can fix it but she said they don’t take appointments what a joke.

The person who cut my hair clearly had something wrong where she couldn’t move very fast and could not process information very well. Long pauses between me answering her questions and she cut my hair way too short. Like I wanted it short but not 1/4th of an inch short. Haircut

I won’t be going back. Not happy with the cut I was given. Thank God it’s hair and it grows back quickly because she cut my hair way too short. Said to say I don’t even remember the girl’s name that cut it. Other than that, the shop appeared clean, and I was able to get in rather quickly. However, I didn’t care for the fact that you also have to pay $5 to get a shampoo. I guess I’m too old school because I’ve gone to shops where the shampoo is part of the cut. But I guess it just goes to show how things are these days everything is piecemeal.

Ashley was wonderful; my first haircut was great so I came to see her a second time. She did exactly what I asked for – got every detail right. Love the cuts Ashley gives me. Walked into an empty salon but was still requested to wait which is fine didn’t mind that , my 4 year old asked to use the restroom so I told my child who we were here for the cut to wait in the lobby, while my son and I were in the restroom the worker decided to ask my daughter if she was ready and she said she’d like to wait for me to come out of the restroom and at that time another guest walked in so the stylist decided to take the next person and bump us to a 20 minute wait.

Stay away if you have even slightly curly hair. The person cutting hair has no idea what she’s doing. Went home to realize that my sides are uneven as can be. Honestly disgusting that I spent $20 on this haircut. Haircut

Twice in a row I’ve gotten botched haircuts, the same person is never there. It seems like it’s a revolving door of stylists. They are all very nice but I certainly won’t be back. After the last botched haircuts for my daughter and myself I figured the stylist was just having a bad day. Luckily my hair grows fast and soon it will be ready for someone else to attempt to fix it.
