The new management is absolutely horrible. Ever since the new management took over the stylists look unmotivated, overworked and fed up. I’ve brought my kids here for several years and it was once a fun positive environment, nowadays the service sucks! Everything looks rushed and unorganized. The bond between the stylists and their clients was great at one point, now conversations seem cut short, they look like they just can’t wait to go home. I got a complete different vibe since the new management took over. I was extremely disappointed, I’ll be taking my service elsewhere.

My mother took my son in today and he isn’t the easiest kid to cut his hair, he screams and kicks and moves but she still worked with him! She was wonderful to my mother and really did a great job on my son! Best Great Clips! A large part of why I gave them 5 stars is because of Chrissy. She cuts my Mother’s thin, straight, short hair with ease and always looks great! Then she cuts my thick, curly, medium length hair, no matter the style I want, with precision and a quickness that tells you she is very experienced. I hardly ever have to wait when I go there.
