FIRST POST GOT DELETED SO POSTING AGAIN. I always get my curtain bangs trimmed here the ladies always do a great job. I put a picture of what they look like after my usual cut, how they looked when I went in after they had grown out and what they looked like after the man with the dreads and awful eyebrows cut them. He RUINED my hair. I even tipped the guy which is the worst part I didn’t realize just how awful what he had done to me was. This happened yesterday 11/20/22 at the Camino Seco location on Broadway DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY HIM! He needs to be FIRED. I wonder how many other people have left with their hair absolutely mangled by him. I am so upset I’m seeing my family for the holidays who are out of state and this is the haircut I’m seeing everyone with after 4 years. I’m not sure what the name was of the literal angel of a lady who helped me today to fix what she could is, but she was so sweet and they look SO MUCH better.

Great Clips itself is ok but we love Eric at the Camino seco and Broadway location. He’s the best! He always does a great job and is such a friendly and down to earth person. There’s almost always a wait for him. We’ve been going there for about 5 years now I think. Just for my boyfriend and sons hair cuts.

I am so happy that I started coming to this location. Was new to this side of town. This past visit Roxann did my hair. She was so kind to my 2 year old ( who most of the time is restless). It was a bit slow and another stylist went above and beyond entertaining another customers child while he was in the chair. It can be so tough running errands with kids; so, this type of customer service eases some of the stress, we have a busy parents. For these reasons and many more I will be a repeat customer to this location.
