My husband went there today to get his haircut 30mins before they closed. They already had the doors locked and he could literally hear the lady say through the glass “don’t make eye contact and just ignore him” I understand that they wanted to close but that was just plain rude and unprofessional. I am completely disappointed with this place considering my husband gets his haircut there all the time because he it literally takes ten minutes to cut his hair. The sad thing is that we probably will never go back there again because of how degraded she made him feel, disgusting behavior honestly.

I like their app so I can see the wait time and sign in if the timing is good for me. I have used it for a long time. They keep notes on prior haircuts, instructions also, etc. The employees change locations frequently which I don’t love. Many locations so you can find one that will work for you. No appointments are necessary. Masks, hand sanitizer suggested and provided to use the touch screen for card payments.

I told her I was saying goodbye and she didn’t need to be rude and then she decided that she didn’t need to do my hair and then I can wait for somebody else because she felt uncomfortable because I was finishing up a conversation.
