Have been a life long customer with great experiences, wanted my normal one length cut with face framing that started above my eyebrown and she said she couldn’t do it. She suggested curtain bangs which I agreed to and I regret this. This cut can’t be right, its super piecey with mixed lengths. I don’t recognize any of the hairdressers there, new staff? New management? Pick a different location. Also hair dresser did not do a one length cut, she brushed all my hair back and did a stright across cut. If you’re unsure leave and ask another hairdresser if they can give you what you’re looking for.

My husband gets his hair done all the time here and 90% of the time they do a good job. My daughter had an appointment at another salon and they had to cancel so last minute I went here. The lady was super rough combing her hair and didn’t part her hair properly and barely cut anything off and then charged full price. Now i feel like i need to take her to get a haircut after her “haircut”. I will stick my other salon.

I’ve been here before with my son and it was a good experience. I went for myself this time– shampoo, trim, blow-dry. I think my stylist was having a bad day (or I hope that’s what is going on) she was rude and cut way more than I asked. I know my hair will grow back but a 1/2 inch is much different than 2 inches. Also, she was sick or hacking up a lung but the whole haircut I was hoping to not catch whatever she was coughing up. I did leave with a couple new burns from the blow-dryer, I had to pull my head away and tell her she was burning me!! While this haircut was not so enjoyable, I did leave her a tip hoping she was just having a bad day. I would like to see more consistent service at this salon.

Got a hair cut first time in this Great Clip place. Unfortunately, the job the lady did is not good at all. First, she did not understand what Bob Cut is which was a surprise to me. Then she did her own way to cut my hair. I requested to trim my bangs in such a way so I can wear my hair left or right. She did a quick trim and did not even bother to see whether it is done correct for the left and right wear.
